Criminal Record

Demonstrated stubborn and petulant behavior. Initiated in total several dozen serial explosions and shootings in the name of rising to the top of Syndicate, causing several hundred casualties.

Frequenting all major casinos over the years, the subject's abnormally high winning rate and uninhibited character often attracted grudge. It's suspected that the subject asked for trouble intentionally and more violent incidents may result if the subject is not properly controlled.

Interactions and counseling with the subject reveal that she witnessed the murder of her father and his gang members at a young age, which awakened the power and she defended herself with it. Evidence shows that the victims of the serial explosions and shootout were all rival gang members and no civilians were harmed in the incident. With Chief's further counseling and company, the subject has gradually rectified her petulant character.

Unclaimed Crypt

When Horo first discovered the crypt containing the Inheritance, she was met by Crache, who had come to the crypt in search of Roulecca.

Events

Dreamy Bubble

Roulecca drinks Ambrosia given to her by Mess and falls into a deep sleep. While under the Ambrosia's effects, the black goo she expels forms into figures with clovers for heads, which swarm the streets of Eastside and cause passersby to gain Roulecca's incredible luck. This attracts the attention of the Chief in their investigation of the Sleepwalker incident; they fail to awaken her with the Shackles, and enter Roulecca's dream when Mess force feeds them the Ambrosia containing her consciousness.

Inside Roulecca's dream, she relives her childhood before her family's deaths. There she exists in a constant summer dreamland, playing games with her father and the other members of the Four Clovers. In order to wake her up, the Chief challenges her to a beach volleyball competition; if they win, Roulecca agrees to grant them any wish. Within the dream Roulecca does not possess her Sinner ability, allowing the Chief to win easily, but their wish for Roulecca to wake up has no effect — the happy dream rooted itself so deeply in her consciousness that she no longer remembered that she was asleep. With guidance from the memory of Roulecca's father, who is unable to oppose her but still wants the best for his daughter, the Chief tells Roulecca that if they beat her again, they will make a different wish: to take away Roulecca's family from her forever. During their next match, Roulecca's ability awakens, causing her to luckily come back from a huge deficit. However, regaining her power causes Roulecca to remember her past, ruining the idyllic dream. However, before she wakes up, Mess steals her away from the MBCC reinforcements.

Dragon & Isle of Sky

Roulecca appears as an NPC in in the Four Leaf Clover Tavern in Wing City. Unlike other NPCs, her personality is exactly the same as in real life. The Chief plays cards against her for the prize of a wooden pistol and are able to beat her easily. However, at the urging of the crowd, they let Roulecca have the pistol anyway. In the Chief's second playthrough, Roulecca gives them all the prizes she has won from previous games to help them save the world.
